From our shelves to your stitching bag, every order from Saville Needleworks is carefully packed with our stitchers in mind. Because many of our offerings like hand-painted canvases and specialty threads are one-of-a-kind finds, all sales are final.

 

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes, process cancellations or accept returns or exchanges. We recommend taking one last peek at your selections before checking out to make sure everything is just right.

 

If your package arrives with an item that’s damaged or not what you expected, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@savilleneedleworks.com. Our team will be more than happy to assist and help resolve the issue.
